Hunterdon Central uses a POS (point of sale) system in the cafeteria. Instead of using cash, you may deposit a check or cash into your child's "Food Service" debit account.

Alternatively, you may fund your child’s account using the online credit card/ACH payment system. This will help reduce time-consuming cash transactions, and make our lunch lines move much faster for our students.

NJ Summer EBT

In June 2024, New Jersey will launch Summer EBT, a child nutrition program intended to reduce hunger and food insecurity for children during the summer when school is not in session. Those who are eligible will receive a $120.00 one-time summer benefit sent directly to your home.

Most families will get these benefits automatically, but some parents will need to apply. Eligibility information and applications are linked below. Please verify that your students address is correct in the HCRHS student information system.
