HC Counseling Newsletter

Hunterdon Central's Counseling Department is excited to share the HC Counseling Newsletter.

The first edition of the newsletter includes articles on vaping, anxiety and depression in teens, stress management tips, and information about our new mindfulness initiative - all critical issues for today's teenagers.

We hope you'll take the time to watch the three videos that are linked in the newsletter. Two feature Superintendent Jeffrey Moore interviewing community experts on teen health and wellness issues, and the third video features HC students discussing the importance of mindfulness.

We hope you find this information beneficial and helpful!

This summer, Hunterdon Central will offer Summer Institute courses in a variety of subject areas, for both credit and enrichment. The classes, taught by Hunterdon Central's faculty, are small and will provide an excellent academic experience. These courses may free up students' scheduling options and/or permit students to advance in coursework. Please continue reading for detailed information.
