Strategic Planning 2026

Hunterdon Central will be conducting a new strategic planning process, starting in the Spring 2026, and we hope our stakeholders, i.e. students, staff, parents, Board and community members, will join us to set goals for the next five years. The Board of Education has contracted with the New Jersey School Boards Association to facilitate the process - click here for their introductory presentation. As we progess through the process and following each meeting, we will post updates on this page.

What is Strategic Planning?
It is creating an organization-wide mission…a vision…that directs, motivates and inspires all members of the educational community to work together for the common good. Through this planning process, stakeholders will determine goals for the district for the next five years.Planning Meeting Dates:

1) Attend and actively participate in planning sessions (one per month). You can sign up for one, two or all three - we appreciate any time you can give!
2) Become involved in your school(s) to the extent you are able
3) Attend Board Meetings for updates on the progress toward achieving the strategic planning goals, which will also be shared on this webpage.
