Strategic Plan 2026-2031

During the 2025-2026 school year, the Hunterdon Central Board of Education held strategic planning sessions facilitated by New Jersey School Boards Association that were open to our stakeholders, such as students, staff, parents/guardians and community members. The purpose of strategic planning was to develop goals for the district over the next five years. The final 2026-2031 Strategic Plan was formally approved by the Board of Education on July 20, 2026 and it is presented through this series of webpages focused on each identified goal area: Student Learning Experience, Future Ready, Engagement, and Health & Wellness. As we progress through the plan, we will post a yearly update here as well as present an update at a Board of Education meeting annually.
